Terms and conditions of the hotel and the bank for credit card payments:
By making a reservation you accept the hotel rules concerning terms, cancellation, cases of no show, defaults, etc., and namely:
1. Prices
All prices on the Hotel Parish website are in BGN per person per day and include breakfast, VAT, tourist tax and insurance tax. Any price in a currency different from BGN that you may see on the site is for information purposes only.
2. Our hotel respects your confidentiality
In order to protect you from fraud while making your Visa or MasterCard payments, we apply the best practices recommended by the international card organizations:
• Security during entry and transmission of card details is ensured by the use of SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the respective payment page of our bank.
• Authenticity of your credit card is checked by entering the card verification value (CVV2)
• In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, our bank’s payment server for electronic commerce supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.
Your personal details will be used only for the purpose of handling your reservation and payment will not be disclosed to third parties.
3. If your transaction has been processed successfully a transaction receipt is displayed on the screen which receipt you need to print and keep. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, and Maestro payments.
Check with your credit card issuer if your card is internet transactions compatible.
The maximum amount per transaction is 10 000 BGN. The transaction currency for credit card payments is BGN.
4. Reservation confirmation
4.1. An online reservation is considered confirmed after payment is made in accordance with the payment form of the bank.
4.2. Your reservation will be kept until 6.00 p.m. on the arrival date. In case of late arrival or no show, please inform us.
5. Cancellation of reservation
5.1. In case of cancellation of paid reservation within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment, the hotel retains 70% (seventy percent) of the payment made.
5.2. In case of payment made and subsequent cancellation within the terms under Article 5.1., the sum due to the client, i.e. 30% of the paid amount, will be reimbursed to the client’s credit card within 1 (one) month.
If cancellation is made at any time later than that referred to in the previous Article 5.1., or in case of no show, the hotel retains 100% of the amounts paid for online reservations.
